Thermally Conductive Phase Change Material (PCM) Description
Thermally Conductive Phase Change Material (PCM) is a thermally conductive filler material that has begun to soften and phase change at 45-55℃. The thermally conductive phase change material has a special material that softens and micro-flows after absorbing heat and restores its solid shape after cooling.
Thermally Conductive Phase Change Material (PCM) is solid sheet-like at room temperature, and fluid-like when it exceeds the phase transition temperature. It has excellent wettability and compressibility. SAM can be cut into various sizes according to customer requirements. It is attached to radiators, power consumption models, and electronic devices, filling heat originates from the voids between the heat sinks, minimizing thermal resistance.
