Thank You Letter From 2021 SAM Scholarship Winner Madeline Brown

Dear Stanford Advanced Materials,

I am writing to thank you for your gracious scholarship of $1000. I was overjoyed and more than appreciative to learn I was chosen as the recipient.

As a third year molecular biology student supporting myself this scholarship allowed me to devote more time to lab research and developing my project. In the time since I have last written, I have been able to begin a research project focused on what I discussed in my essay. Thanks to your scholarship, I am now one step closer to achieving my dream of creating a nano surgical system.

Thank you again for your generosity and support, I cannot wait to dive deeper into my project and share the results with you in the future.

Best,

Madeline
