Diamond Composite Sheet Description
Diamond Composite Sheet is composed of polycrystalline diamond layer and cemented carbide matrix, which is sintered by the high-pressure high-temperature process with selected diamond particles and cemented carbide. It has the advantages of high hardness, high wear resistance, high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient, low thermal expansion coefficient, and small affinity with non-ferrous and non-metallic materials. Compared with cemented carbide tools, PCD tools have higher cutting life and higher surface finish.
