1700C Max Dual Controllers High Temperature Muffle Furnace KSL-1700X-A4-DC is equipped with dual sets of temperature controllers and B-type thermocouples, comprising a primary controller and a monitoring controller to enhance safety. The gas route is designed to facilitate the introduction of inert gas into the chamber, while a safety door lock prevents accidental opening during operation. Featuring high-quality alumina fiber brick insulation and MoSi2 heating elements, the furnace attains a temperature capacity of 1700℃ within a 12"x12"x16" chamber. This box furnace model is well-suited for applications in research and development, laboratory settings, and industrial use.

Primary and Monitoring Controllers

Application Notes
|
- The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10℃ /min.
- Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
- A refractory door block must be inserted before the closing door.
