1600C 3-Zone Heated Bottom Loading Box Furnace VBF-1600X-L72 is a bottom-loading furnace with three heating zones, offering a uniform temperature performance within a 300*300*300 cubic space with an accuracy of ≤±5-8℃. It utilizes silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, and temperature measurement and control of the furnace chamber are achieved through a touchscreen and temperature control instruments. The loading platform has a high carrying capacity, smooth lifting and lowering, and excellent temperature uniformity. It is suitable for processing small, stacked materials, enabling sintering of samples with different compositions under the same temperature conditions, making it suitable for high-throughput sintering. Additionally, it can be applied in laboratories of higher education institutions, research institutes, and industrial enterprises for sintering, melting, and analyzing metals, non-metals, and compounds.
