1700C Compact Muffle Furnace KSL-1700X-S Description

1700C Compact Muffle Furnace KSL-1700X-S is a high-temperature box furnace equipped with silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. It features a dual-layered shell structure, PID temperature control, a B-type thermocouple, and a furnace chamber made of high-purity alumina fiber material. With a maximum temperature reaching 1700 degrees Celsius and a continuous working temperature of 1600 degrees Celsius, the furnace maintains a temperature control accuracy of ±1 degree Celsius. This furnace offers advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, and energy efficiency.

Application Notes	For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10℃ /min. The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 ℃ /min. This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, and it is not recommended to use toxic or explosive gasses in this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics with overuse. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. The refractory block must be inserted before closing the door.
