Nimonic 80A wire is a nickel-chromium alloy known for its high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures. It's age-hardenable, enhancing its mechanical properties through heat treatment. Ideal for use in aerospace, automotive, nuclear, and chemical processing industries, Nimonic 80A wire is especially suited for turbine blades and engine parts, operating effectively up to 815°C (1500°F).

Synonym: Nicrofer 7520 Ti, Pyromet 80A, Superimphy 80A, and Udimet 80A.
