Mosaic Wear-Resistant Ceramic Sheet Description
- High hardness
Its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-98, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
- Good wear resistance
After testing, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged at least ten times.
- Lightweight
Its density is 3.5g/cm3, which is only half that of steel, so it can greatly reduce the equipment load.
- Strong bonding, good heat resistance
The wear-resistant ceramic sheet is preferably pasted with DX series heat-resistant super glue, which can ensure that the ceramic will not fall off for a long time under high temperature. The adhesive can run for a long time at 350°C without aging, and the inorganic adhesive used for cementing products can withstand a temperature of 750°C.

Mosaic Wear-Resistant Ceramic Sheet Applications
Mosaic wear-resistant ceramic sheets made from Al2O3 alumina are widely utilized across various industries due to their exceptional abrasion resistance, durability, and custom-fit capability. In mining and mineral processing, they line chutes, hoppers, and conveyor belts to protect against wear from ores and minerals. The cement industry uses them in ball mills, separators, and clinker grinding units to withstand the abrasive action of raw materials. Power generation sectors install these sheets in coal and ash handling systems to extend component lifespan. In steel and metallurgy, they resist high temperatures and abrasive materials in blast furnaces, ladles, and sintering plants. The pulp and paper industry benefits from their use in protecting equipment from wood chips and pulp. Chemical processing applications use these sheets in reactors, pipelines, and storage tanks to resist corrosion and wear. Bulk material handling systems incorporate them into conveyors, feeders, and discharge chutes to enhance reliability and efficiency. In agriculture, they protect grain handling and processing equipment. The defense and military sectors use them in armor-plating and protective gear for impact resistance. Automotive and aerospace industries improve the performance and longevity of engine parts, brake systems, and exhaust systems with these sheets. Additionally, manufacturing and fabrication industries employ them in cutting tools, dies, and other equipment to reduce wear and ensure high precision. Overall, mosaic wear-resistant alumina ceramic sheets significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and extend equipment lifespan across a wide range of demanding applications.
