Metal Injection Molding Feedstock 304L (MIM) is based on a nitric acid catalytic degreasing system and can be used directly as raw material pellets for injection molding for the production of 304L austenitic stainless steel sintered parts.
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) means using metal powder as raw material, adding composite particles of polymer materials in the mixing and refining process, and using the "forming + sintering" method to manufacture materials and product powders materials, so as to be applied to precision structural parts. MIM can realize the integrated manufacturing of parts of different materials. It has the characteristics of wide material adaptability, a high degree of automation, and a high degree of batch production.
