Ferro Titanium Powder (FeTi70-B) Description
Ferro Titanium Powder (FeTi70-B) is a ferroalloy with between 25~75% Ti and 25~75% Fe. It is mainly used as a deoxidizer and degassing agent in the steelmaking industry. Due to the deoxidation capacity of titanium, FeTi70-B can be used to reduce the segregation of steel ingot or improve the quality of steel ingot. In torch steel, ferrosilicon is used for precipitation deoxidation and diffusion deoxidation. Adding a certain amount of silicon to the steel can improve the strength, hardness, and elasticity of the steel, improve the permeability of the steel, and reduce the hysteresis loss of transformer steel.
