Copper Alloy CuAlNiFe Powder once quenched can be tempered to improve ductility whilst still retaining high tensile strength and hardness. Heat treatment is conducted to relieve internal stresses which have been induced via cold working processes, assembly stresses, rapid cooling, machining, or welding. Copper Alloy CuAlNiFe Powder is a favorable combination of electrical and thermal conductivity accompanied by high stiffness, also at elevated temperatures. This copper alloy features high corrosion resistance and is very well suited for wear and sliding applications.
