T800 Cobalt-Based Spherical Powder CoMoCr is a Cobalt Molybdenum Chromium superalloy renowned for its exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and oxidation resistance. Applied through the air plasma spray process, it forms dense coatings. The hard lave phases it generates offer wear resistance without causing excessive wear on mating components, a common issue with tungsten carbide or chromium carbide-type wear-resistant coatings.

T800 Cobalt-Based Spherical Powder excels in scenarios with low or nonexistent lubrication. It exhibits excellent wear characteristics against itself, stainless steel, aluminum, and other superalloys. For enhanced wear resistance and improved density in critical corrosion applications, T800 Powder can undergo heat treatment.
