Barium Strontium Titanate (BST) has a similar structure to Barium titanate (BaTiO3) and Strontium titanate(SrTiO3).BST belongs to ferroelectrics and has the common properties of ferroelectrics. The Ba/Sr ratio has a great influence on the performance of BST.

BST (Barium Strontium Titanate) is generally immediately available in most volumes. High purity, submicron and nanopowder forms may be considered. Titanate compounds contain a form of Titanium Oxide and have various applications including electronics, ceramics, and batteries (in the case of Lithium Titanate).
