Our PTFE Stopcocks are ideal for applications that requires excellent corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient, such as chemical labratories. Friction coefficient of PTFE products is very low, between 0.05 and 0.09. This material also resists to almost all corrosive chemicals, including acid and base. Compared with glass, PTFE is much better for stopcocks.
