Pre-alloyed Powder X3-321 Fe-Cu is mainly used as a base powder for diamond tools, especially in the production of large and medium-sized saw blades, cutter heads and combined saw blades. It greatly reduces the sintering temperature and shortens the sintering time, avoiding high-temperature damage to the diamond, and reducing the loss of the graphite mold and the power consumption. Also, the mixing time is shortened, which reduces labor costs.
