Using pure iron and high-purity cathode copper as the main raw materials, the high-alloyed iron-copper pre-alloyed powder is prepared by the combined atomization technology of water and gas. The product has good batch stability, good formability, concentrated and stable particle size distribution, low oxygen content and a small fluctuation range.
