Tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0)-chloroform adduct (often abbreviated as Pd₂(dba)₃·CHCl₃) is an organometallic complex used extensively in organic synthesis. It serves as a precatalyst in a variety of palladium-catalyzed reactions, including C-C coupling reactions such as Suzuki, Heck, and Sonogashira couplings. The presence of chloroform (CHCl₃) in the adduct stabilizes the complex and influences its solubility and reactivity.

Tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0)-Chloroform Adduct Powder can be used:

- To compose the catalytic system for the preparation of homoallylpalladium complexes.These complexes underwent in situ Stille type cross-coupling with various vinyl tin reagents to afford the cyclized products bearing allyl appendages.
- As palladium source in the asymmetric transformations of 3,4-epoxy-1-butene.
- As a catalyst for the Heck cross-coupling reaction of iodobenzene with styrene.
- As a cyclization catalyst.[1][2]
- As a catalyst for [2+2+2] cycloaddition of didehydrotriphenylenes to the corresponding extended triphenylenes.
- As the catalyst for the carbonylation of b,b-imidoyl iodides to the corresponding imidate esters used, in turn, to prepare cyclic, quaternary amino acids.
