Hydrocarbon Steam Reforming Catalyst for Box Furnace Description
Hydrocarbon Steam Reforming Catalyst for Box Furnace is suitable for the reforming section of synthetic ammonia, methanol, and hydrogen production units using natural gas and methane-rich gas as raw materials, and reacts with methane and steam to generate hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide. It is a new type of energy-saving one-stage reforming catalyst.
It features good low-temperature activity, obvious activity at 400℃. It has high mechanical strength, which can ensure that the resistance of the catalyst does not increase significantly during the entire service life. The catalyst adopts a porous shape, with high open porosity and reasonable shape, and the bed running resistance is more than 15% lower than other catalysts.
