Application of Dewaxing & Sintering Furnace with Multi-gases Controlled
• The sintering furnace is a graphite heating furnace that performs high-temperature heat treatment in a vacuum or atmosphere and can be applied to dewaxing, sintering, degassing, brazing, heat treatment. Mainly used in dewaxing and sintering of cemented carbide products.
Characteristics of Dewaxing & Sintering Furnace with Multi-gases Controlled
• The graphite liner is used to achieve differential pressure dewaxing to keep the furnace clean;
• High-efficiency patented wax-carrying device eliminate the pollution of vacuum pumps;
• Three independently independent power distribution heaters ensure temperature uniformity in the high-pressure heating zone. Equipped with heater loop insulation resistance detection system to detect heating system faults in time;
• Dewaxing and sintering are completed in one batch, eliminating the phenomenon of oxygenation and damage during the transfer to the sintering furnace after dewaxing in the traditional process; This design shortens the production cycle, improves efficiency, saves energy and reducing consumption.

• Automatic sealing test;
• Four dewaxing functions: vacuum dewaxing, negative pressure (Ar) differential pressure dewaxing, micro positive pressure pulse (H2) dewaxing, constant pressure (H2) dewaxing；
• Three sintering functions: Ar atmosphere sintering, flowing gas multi-atmosphere sintering (atmosphere treatment), vacuum sintering；
• Fast cooling function;
• Fully automatic control, friendly computer man-machine interface.
