Application of Fast Cooling Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace

• Specially developed two-hour quenching function 2MPa pressure furnace, suitable for gradient carbide production, meeting the technical requirements of high-end users for the heat treatment of cemented carbide;
• Particularly suitable for the production of CNC inserts and heat treatment of mining alloys. The surface layer is depleted in cobalt, which is beneficial to enhance the adhesion of the coating to the substrate.

Characteristics of Fast Cooling Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace

• Positive pressure leak detection, negative pressure leak detection, degumming, vacuum sintering, atmosphere sintering, 2MPa pressure sintering, and rapid cooling are completed automatically;
• Quenching: The full load is cooled from the sintering temperature of 1400 ° C to 100 ° C for no more than 2 hours. Reduce cooling time and increase production efficiency;
• Temperature uniformity: <±5°C;
• Coercive force is extremely poor: <0.4Kam;
• Cobalt magnetic pole difference: <0.3%.
