1800C Bench-Top Muffle Furnace KSL-1800X-A1-W Description
1800C Bench-Top Muffle Furnace KSL-1800X-A1-W is a high-temperature box-type furnace that uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. It features a double-layer shell structure, PID program temperature control, B-type thermocouple, and a furnace chamber made of high-purity alumina fiber material embedded with zirconia. The maximum temperature can reach 1800 degrees, with a continuous working temperature of 1750 degrees, temperature control accuracy of ±1 degree. The furnace has advantages such as uniform temperature field, low surface temperature, and energy efficiency.

Application Notes
|
- For longer service life, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10℃ /min.
- The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 ℃ /min.
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with ZrO2 coating.
- The refractory block must be inserted before closing the door.
