W Type Silicon Carbide Heating Element (SiC) is an electric heating element composed of a hollow tubular heating part and a thickened end. It features hard and brittle, resistant to rapid cold and heat, and will not deform under high temperatures. Silicon Carbide Heating Elements have excellent chemical stability and are easy to install. It can automatically adjust the temperature according to the curve required by manufacturing technology and can obtain accurate and constant temperature.
W Type Silicon Carbide Heating Element is formed by sharing one silicon carbide silicon rod and connecting one end of three high-purity silicon carbide rods. The joint is also made of silicon carbide, the structure of the rod is the same, and it is used for horizontal installation in a float glass cell. The W-shaped silicon carbide rod can be directly connected to the three-compartment power supply and can be connected in one direction on the furnace top.
