How is Germanium Telluride GeTe Powder Produced?

The preparation method of germanium telluride consists of the following steps:
(1) Weigh a certain amount of germanium telluride powder into the organic solvent and mix it evenly. The ratio of the mass fraction of germanium telluride powder to the volume fraction of the organic solvent is (2100):(5100). The unit of the mass fraction is Mg and the unit of volume fraction is mL.
(2) Put the evenly mixed solution in Step (1) into the cell crusher for ultrasonic treatment;
(3) The ultrasonic germanium telluride dispersion was centrifuged, and the grayish-black supernatant was taken. The two-dimensional material germanium telluride was dispersed in the supernatant.
