Silicon Carbide Filters Description

Silicon Carbide Foam Ceramic Filters have excellent resistance to molten iron erosion and corrosion. They effectively remove inclusions, reduce entrapped gas in the liquid metal and provide laminar flow, resulting in significantly cleaner filtered metal. Therefore, SiC ceranic filters are often used for the filtration of cast iron and non-ferrous alloys.
