Application of Rotary Calcination Furnace (blue & purple Tungsten)
The powder is in uniform contact with the process gas and is an ideal furnace for producing uniform, fine-grain metal powder.
It can be used for calcining ammonia tungstate or ammonia molybdate to obtain tungsten oxide powder or molybdenum oxide powder.

·The furnace uses a graphite ring with the spherical surface, which is used for reliable sealing.
·The resistance wire suspension is arranged on both sides and the bottom surface of the furnace, make the furnace tube is uniformly heated.
·Refractory fiber lining insulation with good effect.
·It can pass protective gas such as H2 or N2, and ±10Kpa can be automatically controlled.
·The feed adopts the screw feeder, and the discharge adopts the lock air valve.
·The rotation speed of the drum and the spiral can be stepless-changed
