Nano Titanium Dioxide Powder for Ceramic is in the form of white powder with a small particle size, large specific surface area, high photocatalytic activity, and stable photochemical properties. Specially treated anatase nano-titanium dioxide has strong photocatalytic and antibacterial properties under light irradiation of less than 400nm and can be used in the field of antibacterial ceramics.

First add water to nano titanium dioxide to make a slurry, apply it on the surface of ceramic tiles, and then calcine it at high temperature to obtain a 1cm thick nano titanium dioxide film product with bactericidal properties. This product can completely kill surface bacteria under light irradiation; if it is under weak light, it also has antibacterial properties. Under the irradiation of a 4W ultraviolet lamp and sunlight as a light source, Nano Titanium Dioxide Powder for Ceramic has a sterilization rate of more than 99%, and the degradation rate of formaldehyde reaches more than 85% respectively.
