Nano Gadolinium Oxide Powder refers to gadolinium(III) oxide (Gd2O3) in the form of nanoparticles. Gadolinium oxide nanoparticles exhibit strong magnetic properties, which are suitable for use in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as a contrast agent, enhancing the quality of the MRI images. Nano gadolinium oxide can be used as a host material for phosphors in lighting and display technologies. When doped with other rare earth elements, it can emit light in various colors, which is useful for LED lights and other display devices.

Nano gadolinium oxide nanoparticles are useful in nuclear reactors and neutron radiography as a neutron absorber to control nuclear reactions and improve safety. Due to its excellent electrical insulation properties and optical characteristics, nano gadolinium oxide is also used in the development of advanced ceramics, electronic components, and optical devices.
