Metal Cascade Mini Ring is a new type of random packing. It has rectangular openings, curved blades, conical edges, and reduced height. Its structural design effectively increases the gas-liquid contact point and improves the gas-liquid distribution in the packed bed. The design greatly promotes the renewal of the liquid membrane's surface and strengthens the cascade ring's mass transfer performance. It has the advantages of reduced pressure drop, increased plant capacity, improved resistance to fouling, and higher operational efficiency. It is widely used as tower packing in carbon dioxide degassing towers, ozone contact reaction towers, mist purification towers, and synthesis reaction columns.
