MBR Membrane Description
MBR Membrane is made of PVDF, lined with polyester PET braided tube, which solves the problem of membrane filament breakage during the use of ordinary PVDF hollow fiber membranes. In addition, due to the good compatibility between PVDF coating liquid and braided tube, and the addition of special nanomaterials and binders, the defect that the film skin is easy to fall off during application is well overcome.
MBR membrane has the characteristics of a large single-piece membrane area and large single-piece water flux, which is very suitable for large-scale sewage treatment plants. The unique internal aeration design is adopted, which enhances the vibration of the membrane wire and the scrubbing of the surface of the membrane wire by air bubbles, which greatly improves the pollution resistance of the membrane module. The MBR curtain membrane module designed with this inner aeration structure can run stably for a long time, and the design also increases the efficiency of aeration and dissolved oxygen.
Due to the high regularity of PVDF molecular structure and the tight arrangement of polymer chains, it has strong oxidation resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Combined with the characteristics of high strength and continuous filaments, the reinforced PVDF hollow fiber curtain membrane has a longer service life.
