Ta-Doped Lithium Lanthanum Zirconate Garnet (LLZO) is a Li-based battery electrolyte material. With the Ta, LLZO has better electrochemical stability, makes it is preferred than LLTO as a solid electrolyte material. Also, as an electrolyte material, LLZO has high lithium ionic conductivity and chemical stability with respect to lithium as well as its stability at elevated temperatures.
