Inconel 686 Capillary Tube Description
Inconel 686 Capillary Tube is generally referred to as a narrow tube that has a constant diameter.
Capillary tubes are used in various applications where precise control of fluid flow is required. Capillary Tubes are available in exact cut-to lengths and are also extremely operational in a wide range of high temperatures. These Capillary Tubes can be made in personalized thicknesses and sizes as per the specific requirements of our clients.
Inconel 686 is an alloy that is improved by increasing the chromium and reducing the iron in the C276 alloy. This alloy has both the ability of 276 to resist reducing media and the ability of C22 to resist oxidizing media. In addition, the alloy has high structural thermal stability due to low carbon, low silicon, and low iron, which reduces the precipitation of harmful phases, thereby making the alloy have good resistance to sensitization and greatly improving the resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Inconel 686 Capillary Tube Applications
Inconel 686 Capillary Tube is suitable for applications above 700℃ such as catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production. It can be used for thermowells in aggressive atmospheres. In vinyl chloride monomer production, Inconel 686 capillary tubes provide protection against chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxidation, and carbonation corrosion.
