2000C Hi-Temperature & Hi-Vacuum Sintering Furnace GSL-2000X-HV Description

2000C Hi-Temperature & Hi-Vacuum Sintering Furnace GSL-2000X-HV is a high-vacuum, high-temperature sintering furnace with an optional temperature range of 1600℃ to 2000℃, depending on the heating elements used. It is equipped with a built-in turbo pump that enables the vacuum level to reach 10-5 torr.

Furnace Structure

  • Vacuum chamber made of SS304 alloy with the dimension of φ360 x 480mm H
  • Resistance heating (low voltage and a high current) up to 2000℃
  • Bottom loading of sample holder by the electric motor
  • Turbopump system that provides a vacuum level of 10^-5 torr
  • Touch screen control panel
  • Water flow and pressure protection

  • Two C-type thermal Couples are included: one for control and one for monitoring for max. 2000℃
  • An optional IR temperature sensor is available for 2100 - 2500℃ at an extra cost

  • PC operation software is included for remote operation and history recording
  • Heating Rate: ≤10℃/min

Utility Requirement

  • 116L / min recirculating water chiller is not included but required
  • You may order two 116L/min water chillers below to cool the furnace jacket and electrode
  • An Air compressor is required to drive the bottom sample holder.

Vacuum

  • A turbopump system is included which can reach 10-6 torr in the cold condition
  • Turbopump speed: 620L/S
  • Vacuum port on the chamber: LF160
  • The vacuum controller and the display are included
  • Optional:  you may choose the Ar gas purification system to replace the turbopump to keep the furnace running at O2 < 1 ppm at the same cost.
