Autophagy inhibitor. Inhibits growth and induces apoptosis of renal cancer cells in vitro. Also inhibits TLR9. Additionally inhibits PRC2 by inhibiting the allosteric binding of PRC2 to EED (embryonic ectoderm development) within the H3K27me3-binding pocket, and reduces H3K27me3 levels in multiple myeloma cells in vitro. |
Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Description
Hydroxychloroquine is usually taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. It was approved for medical use in the United States in 1955. It regulates the activity of the immune system and modifies the underlying disease process, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Hydroxychloroquine sulfate works by reducing inflammation in people with autoimmune diseases.
Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Applications
