It can withstand drop impact tests to more than twice the height of sand cast anodes. Anodes are manufactured, inspected, and tested in accordance with stringent procedures to ensure high quality. Thicker Walls & Expanded Head Improve impact resistance and shipment reliability. Extra thickness at the connection zone where you need it. A proprietary zinc connector is hydraulically pressed into an internal taper at the anode center. The cable connection can withstand 2200 lb force. SAM's quality-controlled assembly process ensures a connection resistance less than 0.001 ohms.
