Polished CVD Diamond Description
Polished CVD Lab-Grown Diamonds refer to diamonds that are created through the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process and then cut, shaped, and polished to achieve a finished gemstone suitable for jewelry or other high-end applications.
CVD Technology: CVD diamonds are created by introducing carbon-rich gases into a chamber, where they are ionized into plasma, and the carbon atoms gradually bond to form diamond crystals. Over time, these crystals accumulate and grow into a diamond rough. CVD diamonds can have a high clarity, often with fewer inclusions compared to natural diamonds, which are formed over millions of years in the Earth's crust. However, some CVD diamonds may have inclusions or features such as a "cloud" or "strain" which are specific to the growth process.

Polished CVD Diamond Application
- Jewelry: Polished CVD diamonds are primarily used in fine jewelry, such as engagement rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. They are often a more affordable and sustainable alternative to natural diamonds, while still offering the same beauty and durability.
- Industrial Uses: CVD diamonds are also used in high-performance industrial applications, such as cutting tools, grinding wheels, heat sinks, and electronics, due to their hardness and thermal conductivity.
