Al-Diamond MMC Description
Aluminum Diamond Metal Matrix Composite (Al-Diamond MMC) is made of metal-based diamond composite materials. It is made by adding diamond particles that feature high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of expansion to Al matrix with good thermal conductivity. It also integrates excellent composite properties with high thermal conductivity and adjustable thermal expansion coefficient, which are considered to be the most promising new thermal management material.
