About Titanium
Titanium has two most useful properties, unique corrosion resistance and the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal. Titanium can be used in many fields, such as the chemical and electronic industries. Titanium may be alloyed with iron, aluminum, vanadium, and molybdenum, among other factors, to produce robust, lightweight alloys for aerospace (jet engines, missiles, and spacecraft), army, business manner (chemical substances and petrochemicals, desalination flowers, pulp, and paper), automotive, scientific prostheses, orthopedic implants, dental and endodontic units and files, dental implants, wearing goods, rings, mobile phones, and other packages.
Titanium mesh is made from titanium and it can be used in high-temperature resistant filters, shipbuilding, military manufacturing, chemical filters, mechanical filters, electromagnetic shielding nets, seawater desalination filters, high-temperature electric furnace heat treatment support nets, petroleum filters, food processing, medical filtration, and other industries.
Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) has over two decades of experience in the manufacture and sale of titanium mesh, offering customers high-quality titanium mesh at competitive prices.
About Titanium Mesh
Titanium Mesh is made from stamping expanding ASTM B265 Titanium Sheet. Therefore, standard sheet dimensions are preferable for shorter lead times. Available grades include Gr1, Gr2 (CP Titanium).
Medical Titanium Mesh
Medical Titanium Mesh has strong compression performance and good histocompatibility. After being implanted into the human body, fibroblasts grow into the pores of titanium mesh, integrating into the organ matter with positive calcification and ossification tendencies. Medical titanium mesh is also an ideal cranioplasty material.
Titanium Wire Mesh
Titanium Wire Mesh is woven from titanium wire. We offer commercially pure Titanium Wire Mesh with stabilized filtering characteristics.
