1700C Compact Bottom Loading Furnace for Fast Heating / Cooling KSL-1700X-B-S is a compact bottom-loading furnace driven by an electric motor that is used for rapid heating and rapid cooling small samples in the air up to 1700℃. The furnace also can be used for cycling thermal impact tests.

Furnace structure

  • Two-layer casing with air cooling.
  • The inner is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber.
  • Coated with high-temperature alumina to improve the reflectivity, the heating efficiency, and its service life.
  • The bottom loading mechanism is built-in, which is driven by a DC motor for fast heating samples into the pre-heated chamber.
