1400C Max. Bottom Loaded Inert Gas Atmosphere Box Furnace KSL-1500X-GS125 is a bottom-loading larger box furnace with inert gas atmosphere control up to 1400℃. The furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber bricks and SiC heating elements with a 20" x 20" x 20" heating chamber. A vacuum-sealed steel chamber with a water-cooling jacket, as well as the vacuum & gas flow control system, enables material processing under an inert gas or oxygen atmosphere.

  • 125L Volume, suitable for sintering large materials in laboratory
  • The bottom loading mechanism by electric hydraulic lift, which can hold Max. 200 Kg sample
  • Good sealing performance ensures that the material can be heat treated in vacuum or atmosphere environment
  • Water cooling front door and sealing jacket for long service life.
