Furnace Structure

• Double-layer shell structure with air cooling system to ensure that the shell surface temperature is not too high (<70℃)
• The inner surface of the furnace is coated with imported alumina coating material to improve reflectivity, equipment heating efficiency, and furnace cleanliness, and extend the service life of the instrument.
• An air inlet hole and a thermocouple temperature measurement hole are reserved on the back of the furnace.
• An exhaust hole is reserved at the back and upper side of the left side of the stove. The diameter of the high-temperature resistant metal pipe of the air inlet is 20mm.
• A chimney is built outside the exhaust hole. The bottom of the chimney is 60mm*30mm, the upper part is 30mm*30mm, and the length of the chimney is 230mm.
• With an internal metal box, it has a certain gas barrier function.
