1100C Debinding Furnace KSL-1100X-L-F Description
1100C Debinding Furnace KSL-1100X-L-F uses resistance wire as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure, and is made of microcrystalline fiber material. The surface of the inner furnace is coated with a 1750℃ high-temperature aluminum oxide coating, which can improve the reflectivity and heating of the equipment and extend the service life of the instrument. The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air-cooling circulation system. The maximum temperature can reach 1100℃ and can work continuously at 1000℃ without interruption. The equipped 310s metal box has an extremely obvious effect on controlling the debinding efficiency and pollution control. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. It can be used for annealing, sintering, degreasing, and material processing in various ceramics, porous materials, 3D printing materials, metal materials, and other fields. Corrosion and mutual contamination are controlled during sintering.

Furnace Structure

- Double-layer shell structure with air cooling system to ensure that the shell surface temperature is not too high (<70℃)
- The inner surface of the furnace is coated with imported alumina coating material to improve reflectivity, equipment heating efficiency, and furnace cleanliness, and extend the service life of the instrument.
- An air inlet hole and a thermocouple temperature measurement hole are reserved on the back of the furnace.
- An exhaust hole is reserved at the back and upper side of the left side of the stove. The diameter of the high-temperature resistant metal pipe of the air inlet is 20mm.
- A chimney is built outside the exhaust hole. The bottom of the chimney is 60mm*30mm, the upper part is 30mm*30mm, and the length of the chimney is 230mm.
- With an internal metal box, it has a certain gas barrier function.
