AZO Coated Glass Description
AZO Coated Glass is short for aluminum-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) transparent conductive glass. The ZnO: Al transparent conductive film is obtained by doping Al in the ZnO system. The conductivity of the film after the doping is greatly improved, and the stability of the transparent conductive film AZO film is better than ITO in hydrogen plasma. At the same time, it has more excellent optical performance than ITO in the infrared region, and the preparation of the AZO film is convenient, the element resource is richer than the In element, and it is non-toxic, so AZO Coated Glass has gradually become the best substitute for the ITO film.
